Grade 7

Grade 7   This grade is preparing for B’nai Mitzvah and its curriculum is focused on that important milestone. Students continue to learn about the Tannach, basic Jewish concepts and Biblical Jewish history. All the necessary rubrics of the public worship service have been completed. Our students lead a Shabbat morning service early in the school year and prepare the D’Var Torah. In the second half of the year, they move into the study of the Land of Israel: the language, the culture and the history.
